Because of privacy issues we are not able to import customer data from the old shop into the new system without your permission.

Is my order secure?

Your order is absolutely secure. Your details will not be retained once we have processed your order. Bank data and similar sensitive data is only transmitted to sites with SSL certificates.

What is the delivery time on my items?

That of course depends on the items. By far the majority of all items, books, spare parts we hold in stock. Shipping takes one day. Some items will take a little longer. These often include rarer parts for less popular models. For example a door skin for an MGB GT and other parts that are made specially to order, aluminum bodywork, windscreen patterns or belts may take up to six months. In such a cases we will call you immediately to advise of the situation.

Shipping Costs? What elements of carriage and packing are charged to me?

Basic packing will cost nothing extra. We always pack your goods to ensure that they arrive safely. We use modern and efficient automated packaging lines. If your package does arrive damaged please note and sign the damage immediately to the carrier, or the delivery driver, even if he complains. Otherwise we cannot help you. When transporting engines a security deposit for the packing crate or pallet will be charged. Please talk to your seller.

No problem, please contact your seller. He will go through your order and the goods received with you on the phone and be able to arrange for you to receive anything missing or the replacement of any incorrect item.
